Finely ground cassava flour for making fufu, tortillas.
The ratio is:
2 cups of cassava flour for 4 cups of water.
bring the water to boil and then remove 1 and half cup of the hot and set aside.
Add the cassava flour while mixing vigorously . Then pour in the remaining water and mix well.
when the mixture is smooth and elastic, mold it with the use of a deep spoon.
It can be served with soup or stew.
