The achu soup is typical of Cameroonian dish. It is always paired with mashed/pounded achu coco (taro).

Instructions

  • Warm palm oil to get it into liquid form
  • Add Zesok Achu Spices, Water and Rock Salt.
  • Blend it until you get a mousse.
  • Adjust with salt or broth.
